Vintage USSR Communist party propaganda poster , printed in the 1980s from Ukraine.
Poster reads , " This is how history is written ".
These posters were found plastered all over the USSR & the Communist bloc. A true example of art from behind the iron curtain.
This poster is an original USSR poster, in very good overall condition. Some of our posters can have creases & small nicks in places which come with age ( please see pictures ).
Height 55cm, Width 42cm.
Poster hanger is not included we use that for display purposes, we recommend a quality frame for this poster.
Many of the items we have for sale are all from what we refer to as " Real Life ", they were all made for use & purpose. There will always be signs of use & aging which we think gives each item its individuality & personal charm. We clean & repair but we always try our best to keep everything in its original state.
